In this workshop, Nastya will introduce you to the multiple ways they make dumplings in her home country – sweet and savory, large and compact, elaborate and lazy. With all the folding techniques and all the stories and anecdotes that go with it.
In Eastern Europe, dumplings are not just a food, but also a culinary communal ritual: these are prepared together with family or friends, never alone. It’s one of our Christmas staples and the best treat from your grandma.
