Nastya Klymenko
Nastya is an Amsterdam-based chef and culinary enthusiast of Ukrainian descent dedicated in creating opportunities for people to share a table with seemingly a stranger, who will most likely end up being a friend of a friend (of a friend of a friend). Through her cooking, she aims to combine the pleasures of communal feasting with the elegance of fine dining, all while taking away the pretentiousness of it.
Nastya’s cooking team often features her father temporarily moved to Europe when the war broke out in Ukraine. Now, they’re crystallized as a father-daughter cooking duo, occasionally adding a nostalgic yet modern Ukrainian spin to their menues using ingredients they grew up on. She hosts a monthly pop-up dining experience called Via Via.
Nastya will run the workshops: Dumplings Galore 1 and Dumplings Galore 2 for bis bis.
