Jasmine Iachella
Jasmine is a passionate cooking teacher who also loves to travel and explore different cuisines. Originally from Italy, she had the privilege of working in many important restaurants throughout her culinary journey across Europe. As well as collaborating with one of her favorites in Amsterdam, Toscanini Restaurant, most of her time is dedicated to working with kids as a resident cooking teacher in different Montessori schools.
With children, she prepares various recipes from different countries and takes a culinary dive into these new cultures. As an educator, Jasmine is deeply committed to instilling healthy habits in the kids by learning together how to lead a healthy lifestyle.
For bis bis, Jasmine runs two workshops: Rainbow Pasta and Family Food World Expedition.
